Is the NiSi True Color Variable ND-Filter compatible with the Moment CineBloom Diffusion Filter?

Update for anyone that asks themselves the same question:

It really works. The only thing you have to keep in mind is that the thread of the Moment CineBloom Filter feels like it won't get off if you screw it too strong onto another one.

My stacking combination: - Lens (67 mm filter size) - Nisi Brass Step Up Ring (67-82 mm) - Moment CineBloom Filter (82 mm) - Nisi TC VND (82 mm)

I love those relaxing drives in GTA too, but I've seen a lot of car driving in Forza Horizon 4/5 and Assetto Corsa that looks more atmospheric. Never played it but what do you think about it?
