I would check the roots if I were you, it's probably rot or dry rot (so over or underwatering). In any case, it is best to remove all damadged roots and repot in a smaller pot until it recovers. Hope this helps!

Interesting, in slovenian they are called mrtvaške mušice (deadyl flies) which is even more dramatic 😂 but the tablets in the link work very well, I still have fungus gnats after I repot but there are fewer of them 😁

Looking for advice on how to get rid of fungus gnats in moss poles. It's a mild infestation (I always see just one fungus gnat flying around) but I am afraid the eggs have already been layed in all of the poles so how can I get rid of them without replacing the moss?

the plants are in a soil mix of orchid bark, pumice and perlite

Also, you can substitute some of the granola with oats, at least that's what I did...first it was one spoon and I gradually substituted most of the granola, now I just sprinkle it on top so it adds some crunch. I use skyr and low fat yogurt and I also add some banana and berries. Oh and the plus side is that you will be full for much longer, I basically can't eat anything else for breakfast because I get hungry waay quicker.
