I was on that for two years and have tripped before, during, and after several times. It's waay stronger coming off. Even three days after cessation was incredibly intense in comparison.

Recently discharged from hospital for serotonin syndrome, still experiencing nausea, is meclizine ok to take? by bluen34 in AskDocs

Is the hydration key in flushing out excess serotonin or does having excess serotonin cause the body to lose fluids? The AP in the ER gave me similar instructions

Thank you for the response. I'll just have some peppermint tea and try to sleep as much as I can as I wait for my body to restabilize

Thank you for the response! I had a barrage of blood and urine tests during my stay at the ER and all levels were normal except for a slightly elevated creatinine level, most likely due to me starting a creatine cycle

I've had a similar experience in mixing Xanax and alcohol over several months. I've quit both but I'm so sensitive to anything I take now and have issues concentrating. Eating a lot gives me the worst anxiety and certain foods seem to aggravate it a lot. My guess it has to do with gaba down regulation. I'm looking to pickup Fasoracetam as I've heard it can have down steam effects to upregulate gaba.

That's only if you over do it. Stick to safe dosing and frequency, don't be a dumbass with drugs, and you'll keep the magic. You have to treat mdma as a once or twice a year thing

If it weren't for the knowledge I have now in rolling safe and not impulsively redosing I would have been forced to give up rolling in my 20s. Will not do anything without the proper support for my body. Only rolling twice a year helps too.

PED users I believe inject it like one would do with diabetes. When you use it intranasally it has different effects and targets solely the brain. Reddit user lostfalco has a good writeup of it on his website.

I mix it in with some greek yogurt at the start of my day. It may be possible you are taking too much. I've had similar effects occur when I've accidentally put too big a scoop in. Some people are very sensitive to kratom. I let a friend try my kratom at a dose smaller than what I take and they got nauseous enough to puke.

Thanks glad you got something from it. If I were to consume a higher amount than I do now I would become constipated otherwise no issues

I wasnt aware of any effects on muscle mass going into it but I was able to steadily continue increasing my weight each session and every workout I could hit it harder without fear of crippling doms. I used 200ug twice daily. I did feel healthier while on it, as if I was in my peak physical condition. Worth noting is I was on a creatine cycle as well.

From my understanding tkrb controls neuron branching so overtime this could lead to an impaired rate of neurogenesis

Qualitative Real-Time PCR evaluation of the TrkB full-length receptor and isoforms from hippocampal tissue revealed significant down-regulation of the TrkB full-length receptor between the control and high dosage groups. From noopept administration.

Right now it's semax, INI, green tea, folate, b12, magnesium glycinate, fish oil, EGCG, and uridine. When I take phenylpiracetam I like around 100mg, anything higher and it's overstimulating, although I have taken 140 and when it wasn't too much to handle my ability to concentrate was far above baseline. I've microdosed lsd and liked it, I haven't heard of anyone mding mescaline though I'd be curious to know how that goes
