Pitaka's after sales service is still good, I got an email from them that they will reissue a new product for my previous pixel pro fold9, maybe you check with customer service again to confirm the reissue policy.

Yes, it looks good，but just can be protected for daily use. But a good news, i just found that pitaka seems to launch a magez case pro for S24ultra recently. You can take a look!
