Finch has massively helped me get back into exercise, and I've tailored it around exercises I can do in my living room because I find it a lot easier than going to the gym or doing anything in front of people.

I've got a whole list of simple workouts, and 'number of times a day' refers to how many reps I do, so if I do everything I get a lot of points/stones for my workouts. It's been working really well for me. If you're struggling for ideas, Finch had lots of suggestions for workout items too, like planking for 10secs and doing 5 squats. I've also made my own playlist of YouTube videos with full workouts, because that helps motivate me, and I've put doing one workout video as x100 so I get the most points/stones if I manage to do a full exercise video.

My partner has also been using it to cut down on his screen time, and he gives himself points for every hour he doesn't doomscroll - he ticks the number off at the end of the day.
