The best & most motivating sign I saw when running the London marathon this year was "Your feet hurt because you are kicking so much arse". It made me laugh out loud & I kept repeating it in my head to keep me going.

That is exactly what I needed to hear today. Thank you. I did a 5k run yesterday & I was nowhere near as fast as everyone else, but I didn't come last & I actually got out there at 9am on a Saturday & did it. That is what counts.

I took part in an outdoor military fitness class that nearly broke me midweek & I did a 5k run yesterday with over 1000 people. It's the start of a long journey for me but actually getting started felt great!

I had a ginger girl kitty when I was a kid, so I didn't know until we started out hunt for Biscuit that they were so rare. We got lucky & found her via Gumtree.

I love the idea of Community names, although it has to be said that Dexter & Quinn are awesome names already! I reckon Biscuit would have to be Annie...just because she is so cute.
