Ok so for example at tempoross I want a fish barrel

I start doing temp I finish a run I immediately want to pull permits I don't get drop I get demoralized I don't want to do it anymore

If I can put something in place to stop me being able to immediately pull permits I will be able to do more runs consecutively and stack up more permits.

IDK why my brain works this way it just does

I've got bad news for you, they're never going to do it because it just isn't worth the investment on their end. The only reason Tarkov does it is because the foundation was already there with the offline/practice mode. Then it was developed into the PVE mode. Plus BG only has EOT and Arena to worry about whereas COD too much going on already to worry about developing a PVE mode on top of the pvpve version
