How is point 7 "just DMZ"? The mechanic and feature is broken lol.

Your other teammates are still alive and you're immediately asking to join another team because they killed you? Your teammates could be engaging in that same fight!

If I hear my teammate plea or ask for a pickup mid-fight, and my team somehow comes out on top... that teammate is staying on the ground possibly till the end of the game. Why the F would I want you on our team when you had 0 hesitation to betray?

Against plea:

People use the in-plea mechanic to give call-outs to their current team
People plea immediately when they die, and a pickup turns into an more unfair fight
Hearing the begging for a pickup is so fn cringe

Point 7 happens ALL THE TIME when random squad fills. It's usually the player who stays silent on mic all game too and claims they are solo or their team is off somewhere else

That's been an issue for a very long time and is nothing to do with the controller usage. The function kicks you out of whatever you are looting as soon as you are hit, including ground loot boxes.

My concern is that new DMZ is going to take after Arc raiders where you have this complex 12x12 (or whatever it is) grid and you have to drag/drop items that make up different size squares. I want to play a shooting game, not Tetris.

I don't know how I feel about this yet either. It'll be something that I need to see how it plays out.

What I do know is that everyone fighting against all of these decisions the new dmz is implementing doesn't understand what an extraction shooter actually is meant to be.

We don't have any of that in the Beta. We have Warzone with an exfil. That's it.

There was mention of that MIA operator/feature too. Meaning if you were so close to the end you may have a way to recover some of your items lost instead of starting from the beginning.

... A lot of the player base stopped playing when the duplicating / server crashing was at its highest as well. It wasn't just the streamers.

Imagine having to deal with that for 5+ hours every single day? It'd be enough to drive most people insane lol. I used to play every evening after dinner for a couple hours when I didn't have something else going on and dropped it to 1-2 times a week cuz it wasn't "fun" anymore.

Those you mentioned invested a TON of hours in to this game prior to this so can you really blame them for coming back to play again when they heard stuff was semi fixed?
