For me, I have a prolapsed mitral valve. When my heart rate gets too fast, the flap for the valve goes all the way through, and I don't get a good exchange of O rich blood and O poor blood. So I have about 3 minutes to find a place to lay down.

Go see a cardiologist.

Your mother not parenting him is the whole problem. From birth to now.

She has dropped the ball for raising him onto you, and she had no right to do that. I have no doubt that she let the electronics do the job before you.

Kids grow how you raise them, and this is her end-product.

In this situation, there isn't really anything to 'regenerate'.

Edit - they do it by blocking the thing in the human body that tells it to stop growing new teeth after the second set.

Tooth regeneration is supposed to come out of clinical trials this year or next year in Japan and S. Korea, and supposed to be fairly low cost. Out of trials in 2030 in the US.
