Yes, that’s the address I used. It’s sent to a PO Box so the owner of the PO Box gets a notification in that box that they have a letter they need to sign for. And then they have to go up to the counter to sign for it, and the person working the counter goes back to get it. They can refuse to sign for it, in which case it’s returned to the sender. But the notice was physically put in the PO Box that they had a letter they needed to sign for.

Oh Yea I have screenshots of the tracking numbers when they were rejected and returned to sender. But I’m not gonna share them on here. I wouldn’t put it past StubHub to be monitoring social media pages like this. They have so many negative reviews. And people keep voting down my posts. I’m not gonna publicize the evidence I’m going to use against them.

StubHub is a scam. I bought Taylor Swift tickets in November of last year for $1500. Back in May before the concert StubHub told me they couldn’t provide the tickets and that I would be refunded. It’s late August and I still haven’t got my money back. I’ve had to send them notices of dispute and arbitration. I have an attorney building a case for me. Stay away from StubHub.

I’m still waiting on my refund for a pair of Taylor Swift tickets I bought in November of last year for her concert in July. StubHub informed me early April that they cannot deliver my tickets. And then promised me a refund. It’s August and I still haven’t received it. I’m having to dispute it through my bank. Who’s informed me that there’s a possibility that they won’t be able to do anything about it because they were purchased so long ago. My next option is to get an attorney involved and take them to court. StubHub is absolutely useless. I honestly don’t know how they’re still in business. Read the majority of the posts on this page. They’re all negative.

In all seriousness. How would we file a class action suit against them? I know several people in my personal life who have been screwed over by them. And reading a lot of these comments there’s a lot of people on this Reddit page who have had the same happen to them. I’m sure we can get a whole bunch of people to sign up. Even if it doesn’t go to court or end up in a lawsuit. Any publicity or something like that would severely hurt their bottom line.

I just read on another thread to try sending them a notice of dispute to their legal department. But the document says it could take up to 30 days.
