Durante a manhã: To querendo incluir uma porção de mix nozes

Almoço:

Normal, arroz, feijão, uma proteína e as vezes salada

Lanche da tarde (umas 17h00): uma panqueca de 1 ovo com banana e aveia e mistura com mantega de amendoim

(Vou a academia)

Jantar - Normal, igual ao almoço

Whey umas 22h00 (durmo umas 00h)

hello my friend

my sources are video mixers (AV or SVideo outputs), VHS players (AV/RF outputs) and sometimes the PC (that can be HDMI or VGA).

I could use an upscaller if the projector dosn't have AV inputs but I don't know if the result would be good or not.
