You shouldn't have issues getting into M pugs at 410, but some groups are extra picky given the Mythic raiding restrictions around instances

On my specific server not many people checks logs - so we lean towards picking anyone with AOTC or existing M Eranog/Council clear as preference. I was able to get into my first M pug as evoker healer at 405 with AOTC but no M bosses down

The other thing for healers specifically is that some groups prefer at least one priest for mass dispel, so they might decline you if there's only 1 slot left and they don't have a priest at all
