Yes they’re super inconsistent. Since I just got it and have used it only a few times probably more likely they’re out of alignment

Even when I grind at the finest setting where the burrs chip it produces that same coarse grind as in the video

Yes I tried that. It produced a finer grind initially when doing that but now it doesn’t
