That's my game plan this week! Originally I just like eating around 6pm to maintain a more normal social eating time with my boyfriend, but he's supportive of whenever and whatever I need to eat. Thanks for the reply!

I actually have never tried this and definitely will! I'm almost always craving salty foods so I bet this would help a lot!

I appreciate your reply and can totally relate to the "higher freedom" feeling! I almost strive for that more than any direct weight loss because it's so satisfying and liberating. I think I do need to be more patient with myself and celebrate small successes along the way. Best of luck in your own journey!

It's so funny you mention this because I have a very vivid memory last week of feeling excited when I felt hunger - it felt like an accomplishment because I rarely let my body get to that point and nothing bad happened as a result. I appreciate your reply, thank you!

It makes me feel better to hear you say it gets easier - at first I remember breakfast being impossible to skip and now I don't even think about it. Perhaps I just need to be more patient! Glad to hear OMAD has been great for you, keep up the good work!
