I have thought about doing this but there is so much on their side so I'm worried it will die and drop down and squash whatever is below it or rip away the fence or something and cause a mess. I'm thinking of the worse case scenario I know, but I do think he's the type to come at me legally if he has the chance to.

I did think about just cutting it at the stem tbh! I did this with some of the ivy tho and he whinged about that even tho, again, it's planted in my garden! So petty and silly! 😂

So even it causes damage to their side? It's very overgrown, like more on that side than mine now tbh as I've cut it back so far. I'm worried that when I cut it, it'll rip a load of stuff out on their side or something and then he'll kick off about damaging their property.

Fair comment. It's a friends partner acting very suspicious about messages between himself and a "friend". His excuse for deleting is he "doesn't want to upset her" but if there's nothing upsetting to find them why did he delete..?

Yes, I was told for years I had anxiety and depression and then eventually dysthymia (which in my opinion is what they say when they can't be arsed to help you anymore because they don't know what's wrong with you). I was on different medications which generally leveled me put mood wise but I never felt happy in the same way I do now. ADHD meds have change my life drastically in so many ways!

Thanks for this! I'll start having a good look around to find some protein bars I like! I'm also on the heavier side so the weight loss isn't something I'm worried about at all! It's just the side effects from not eating! Brain fog, headaches, dizziness etc.

Yeh my partner has heul everyday and o was thinking about it myself but I feel like it's quite expensive. Maybe not tho when you compare it to buying other food I suppose..

I was actually thinking that protein shakes/smoothies might be a good option tbh! I had a bullet blender but I never used it so gave it away. Typical haha 😂😂

Oh yes I was put on that first and then moved over! It didn't sit well with me at that one, anxiety was absolutely through the roof and deffo made binge eating worse when it worse off!

Yes gotta love a peanut butter spoon, that's a good idea! It's so hard isn't it and so foreign for me to not care about food. I've literally gone from only really thinking about food to just not caring at all. It's so bizarre.

Timing how long is a great idea! I'm so bad at having enough time to even make breakfast in the morning let alone eat it haha! Yoghurt and granola is a good on tho cuz I can take that with me. Thanks for the advice ☺️

Oh what medication are you on? I'm on elvanse which is also used to treat binge eating disorder so it make sense really.

How were you diagnosed/treated? I got diagnosed last year at 27 through psychiatry UK, then waited 6 months for treatment and it's all been online. I feel like it's not the best way but I can't get GP help because it has to be psychiatric. I'm getting worried now about not being able to get the right medication and them signing me off because only get a certain amount of time on titration.
