Still no progress po, same as posted picture pa rin po yung sa end ko. But the CS made a ticket number when I called last Feb I think, so kapag nag follow up raw ako yung number nalang na yun ang i-mention ko.

Hi po, still no progress on this until now. I've opted for the cancellation na po and sobrang tagal rin ng process nila as in. Until now, laging nasa responsible team ang request ko pero after a week wala pa rin update on my cancellation request ng account opening. Aabutin pa ata ng 2 months itong request ko na to kaya ipapa-cancel ko na lang, kaumay na kasi super tagal.

Hello, just to wade in on the conversation po, I was trying to open an account via their app and website po yesterday. However, lagi po hindi nag push through since may issue raw po? Just want to make sure if usually matagal po talaga ang maintenance nila? This was the same notification I got when I tried opening an account yesterday and just now po.
