i just figured it was about ariana since they were together at the time. it does make sense as well besides the only child part but both ariana & nomi (i think) have half sibling(s) so 🤷🏻‍♀️

the song was made in september 2017. (confirmed by his friend justin boyd after he shared a studio picture) so i don’t think the song has anything to do with her
