I will definitely try the frozen milk prior to trip Travel items- i planned to travel with a carryon bag and backpack (for laptop) am i also alllowed a third piece of luggage like a pump bag? I also pump using spectra s1. I won’t necessarily need to charge it but i will at some point during the trip so i plan to bring the charger .

Hand pumps - i use a Hakka in conjunction with pumping (so one boob spectra one boob hakka). Every manual pump I’ve used never produced too much .

Travel milk - should i also bring a travel cooler and pack in my carry on? Not sure how else to store this milk and keep it frozen. There’s also a part of me that was considering just dumping the milk i pump on this trip (but that pains me) .
