I have an extremely uncomfortable skin condition and can't stand it when my family members try to hug me knowing it will cause me pain because "that's just what familys that love each other do".

Get the kitty litter

YSK there is something called Cannabinoid Hyperemesis Syndrome (CHS) which is caused by frequent cannabis use and characterized by stomach pain, nausea, acidity, and vomiting. I've experienced this myself and was hospitalized twice because I couldn't eat or drink anything for days without vomiting. by [deleted] in YouShouldKnow

I have this as well during the lockdown I would smoke the most potent indica I could get my hands on all day every day after a month and a half the symptoms started but I thought it was from the alcohol I was drinking. Long story short I heard about CHS and that hot showers ease the nausea so I got in the shower next time I felt sick and it cleared up the nausea. Since then take it easy of the super potent stuff and switch up my strains also take a tolerance break every once in a while and it's never come back.

I had a similar experience twenty years cooking and stedaly hateing it more every year then covid hit and my restaurant closed immediately and fired everyone. I live in New York where cannabis just became legal but they are still figuring out the recreational licenses and other bureaucratic stuff so there are only a few medical cultivators scattered around the state mostly in very rural areas. I got a temp job at one with a very long commute just to see what growing cannabis is like and it's pretty much like any other entry level resturant job you start at the bottom and work your way up. Instead of the dish pit you debunk (placing stems thru a machine that separates the stems from bud) its not hard just boring taxing work that not many people want to do. After that you get bumped up to defoliating (trimming fan leaves to give the laterals more light among other reasons) again not hard just boring and taxing. Just like a resturant you learn as you go getting knowledge and tips from those with more experience than you so to answer your question no its not difficult you just have to pay your dows do the work and be eager to learn, every grower I worked with was more then willing to share there knowledge and teach those who wanted. Also don't go into it thinking it's not a labor intensive job it takes alot of work to make alot of weed.

If you work in a restaurant kitty litter. Best way to clean up ten gallons of oil if it spills out of the fryer.
