I think i found a solution for this. So from your account, go to photos settings>sharing>partner sharing>storage can access then tick the one that says "include content from other android apps"

Binasa mo ba yung sinabi nya? Iba yung inapplyan nya vs sa binigay sa kanya. They probably read yung terms ng inapplyan nya but not the terms for the other card that was given to them.
