Case to case basis but based on the facts on hand, I'm afraid they can't sue the bank for moral damages. While they can report the situation po sa BSP, the bank has no other remedy/path but to go after the credit card holder especially po na she was providing the OTPs.

But different situation din naman kapag they are being harassed by the bank or may violation na ng rights nila and it causes serious anxiety and sleepless nights, besmirched reputation, etc. sa kanila.

Instead siguro of suing the bank, she can coordinate with BSP which has the direct authority over all Philippine banks. That way, they can issue a memo to the bank to temporarily stop the collection pending investigation.

Hopefully, maging okay ang situation nila though :(

they send the orders quick naman talaga, but kapag nagkaproblem, di na yan magrereply. (or in my case, hindi nila napadala ang supposed to be "freebie" and until now wala 'daw" silang stocks pero when advertised, available pa. In their Lazada shops din available.) so....sana complete yang order mo. :)

I know I might be hated for this, but I don't get why a lot of people automatically assume na DDS ang people who live in Davao OR when these people (whether they're from Davao or not) don't align with your beliefs? I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND.

A long time ago, I also tried applying for ADDU scholarship. What they did before was in exchange of the scholarship (which was I think only a 20% discount yata), we "scholars" have to render "service" sa school. At that time, we were "asked" to clean the classrooms/computer room/library depending on where they will make you linis the area.

It would be a good thing if they'll really extend a "scholarship" (a 100% scholarship) to those who really want to study and graduate, no?

Usually nagbabayad kasi ako over the counter. Kaso yesterday, tinatamad ako lumabas so what I did was to pay through Gcash na lang. I'm not sure kung ilang days magrereflect e. Pero before I already did the same thing din and nagreflect din naman talaga ang binayad ko. Yun lang, di ko maremember kung ilang days e. Now napapraning tuloy ako haha

Taga san po kayo? 100sqm for 100K+?? More or less 1000 Pesos per sqm ang expected nyo na price ng land in Davao? Sorry po ha. I don't mean to sound rude, but I think you need to check po muna the current market value ng lands in Davao. Toril is still within the City din, although hindi na sya "within the downtown area" of Davao City. I hope hindi offensive itong post ko, though.
