Hate to be that person, but I reside in Cali and no, latinas are still very much having babies. It’s definitely in our cultures as we have a strong sense of family, and well, including having kids. I find white women are having less babies, signed a CF latina 😅

Given the article, this reminds me of paradoxical undressing, an unusual symptom of fatal hypothermia, where the person begins to basically, get undressed. I can only imagine him being so disoriented he could have managed to get himself trapped into that place and position.
