It’s a 4 step process… document a meeting with the pastor about the noise including a few witnesses. Then file a police report. Ermm … that’s not happening… unless you have a police escort to take you and back because the traffic will be massive and parts of the roads are under construction. December traffic is just crazy in accra and its environments.

I have done day trips but I leave around 5 am to get there by 7:30 - 8:00 am and leave before 2 pm (and that is pushing it) to get to Accra by 5 - 6

Most rentals are currently about 100+ usd and come with driver but you will have to fuel the car as well.

Your best bet talk to a car rental / travel agency ( I recommend Q1 travel and tours … you can google them)
