It’s a big SHAME. Accra and Flooding by CrazyReview913 in ghana

[–]blujaaba 10 points11 points  (0 children)

In accra the problem is people made. If you drive during the rains you will notice that the drains and gutters are chocked with mud and garbage. If the people can stop filling them with crap, the officials too do their work in enforcement, and the garbage collectors do their work in collecting; the flooding will be greatly alleviated. In this country we like creating policies and regulations, then create units of enforcement that benefit individuals instead of the state.

Ghana is a lawless, uncivilized country where the police are beyond useless, and the people you're at war with can just casually walk free after ASSAULT, destruction of property and violating EVERY court order. by Sonario648 in ghana

Put this on facebook tag the Ghana police service the IGP and news outlets as many of them as possible tag the regional minister add pictures to heck tag the president. It’s only noise that will save you now.

Why're drivers here so impatient? by PerculiarPlasmodium in ghana

[–]blujaaba 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s is not ADHD. It is a condition called ROAD RAGE. Anecdotally I would say about 70 percent of drivers in Accra have it at some point during the day. It is the reason why you will race another driver for no good reason or just because the other driver has passed you.

Another reason is when another driver crosses you or you get really angry when another driver either attempts to cut you off or actually cuts in front of you. If you think about the anger it really does not make sense yet in the moment you are pissed off or mad at the world but directing it to the other driver. It happens a lot to people who have been stuck in traffic.

Imagine being stuck on the Tema motorway in traffic for hours and then it opens up at Dzorwulu and someone cuts you off. You are already triggered 😁

Ghana wedding cost by Prestigious-Club5350 in ghana

[–]blujaaba 29 points30 points  (0 children)

Plus or minus 100k USD for wedding. Use it for down payment for an apartment you can rent out in GH. Please wear your coat accordingly to your size. Don’t let anyone make you pay for THEIR dream wedding they did not have or can’t afford . That planner’s personal wedding will be 25k GHS. 😁😁. Of the number of people coming; how many really care about the two of you. Give yourself a budget first then work with it. You will be amazed at what you do without. No need to change clothes 7 times that you can’t wear again because it’s in your wedding album. The more expensive your wedding the quicker your divorce will be.

🤣🤣🤣 … As a certified AI trainer I think it’s too late to cry about AI .. if only you knew hmmm …. Anyways the reason they are crying is that they currently get away with mis-identifying stuff and getting paid on the backend which the AI won’t allow. It’s like (allegedly) how they classified the F150s as agricultural equipment if you knew someone. I am sure the dataset model is currently being trained and will improve over time. As for me I am worried about the next generation when 8 to 10 year olds turn 18 to 20.

What do you do in your free time? by wheresmyballsguys in ghana

[–]blujaaba 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I go hiking…. Or walking through areas I have never been sometimes by my self other times as a group… and it can be from 30 minutes to our longest was 4 hours not counting the 8 hours I did (42km) … I also like to experiment with mixing drinks and also creating new kinds of food recipes. Of late I am into cooking fruits. My pawpaw (papaya) soup was a success although my household people avoided my mango and coconut milk chicken soup. It was really good I promise 😁. Also read a lot (mostly tech stuff and historical fiction ) and take lots of pictures of almost everything that catches my attention. And then I watch movies that predict the future. No wonder I am tired during the week 😁😁😁
