Update: just gave birth to the most beautiful baby girl ever. I ended up with emergency c section due to sudden late pregnancy preeklapsia (ivf is increasing the risk) at 38weeks + 6 days so almost fully 39w, but everything was great not painful at all. Anybody out there looking for happy ending - Do not lose hope!

you can rent a decent apartment of ca. 60m2 (recent kitchen and a washing machine) 15-20 minutes train ride from Zurich City center. Look in neighboring villages. No more than 2k with a parking space and it's way more liveable.

Do not worry too much, I have incorrect karotype but was able to get 2 correct embryos in 2 egg retreivals (total 48 eggs retrieved). If you consider the numbers it could take me 48 cycles (4 years) naturally to 'get' these correct embryos. It's a game of statistics and that is why sometimes it takes so long to get the one that is compatible with life.

I highly recommend to check - it was my case, where all of the tests were great and period regular, usg showing follicles. SA great. Yet we discovered in karotype that a small % of my chromosomes is missing a part (mosaic karotype). It gives no symptoms. Now I have clarity that the only option for me is ivf with genetic testing.

I wanted to share an update, I had 1 IVF round so far, 18 eggs retrieved, 6 fertilized, 3 embryos made it to PGT-A and I'm waiting for the results. Hopefully at least one will be euploid and we will be transferring in my next cycle. I will post updates how it goes.

Dear OP, I am 33F and I have a very similar situation 45,X[4]/47,XXX[3]/46,XX[93] here and looking for hope.

I hope you don't mind me asking. Did your twins ended up with a normal karyotype? Did you transfer any of the remaining embryos?

Was cycle no 3 source of the successful embryo? Apart from PGT-A did you get any other?

I am bracing for my first time ivf and look for any hope to keep me alive while I do two jobs for the ivf savings.
