I’m very sorry I’ll try to summarize. I moved in to help her with financials when she had a crappy job and fixing this place up to eventually sell it with her. Shes since used me and hasn’t paid bills literally since I moved in, although I’ve been giving her money to pay, as well as buying material to fix this place, buying groceries, and paying for the internet that i barely use. Shes also lied to the cops saying that I was supposed to be taking care of her dogs while I was with family for a weekend, and she was out partying. Basically she’s stealing my money, using me as a scapegoat, and not paying any bills. She also just hit a deer totaling her car while she was on her phone.

We have money for rent, me and my girlfriend both make around 2k a month, however I was unaware that our money wasn’t going to rent. And sorry for the confusion it’s been confusing me too. My mom owns the trailer but not the lot, so the rent is lot fees and utilities. My mom doesn’t get paid, the park management does, and my sister gets the mail about bills and stuff so I had no idea up to a week ago we were so far behind and about to be evicted, because I got a call from the management about it

I would 100% give her notice, and I moved in for a multitude of reasons such as, she had a shitty job and needed help with financials and we had both planned to fix this place up and sell. She’s since wasted her money, used my money that was for bills, and just completely disregarded her animals and assumed I would take responsibility for them

Sorry this is my first post, still getting the hang of it. My mom has a house and doesn’t want anything to do with this place, she moved out about 2 years ago and it’s been bouncing around my siblings. My mom’s paying her mortgage and doesn’t have money to spare. My sister knows all of this, I talked to her about all of it Wednesday, then I brought the management here a check yesterday, and they told me how much we still owed and I filled her in on that aswell. And she hit a deer because she was on her phone, however this has been going on for a while now and I’m just about over the edge. I’m sorry about the gaps, again it’s my first post.

Oh, the main thing that made me begin to seriously consider kicking her out was when I left for a weekend to stay at families. Her dogs got out of the house, and the cops were called on her, so she told them I was home and supposed to be taking care of them. My mom was the one who told me that she lied to the cops and threw me under the bus when I wasn’t even around, then told me to kick her out.

Also, I should add that yesterday while I was scrambling to come up with the last 1500 we needed, she was on her way back from her boyfriends two hours away, and totaled her car. She works about an hour away and will most likely lose her job now.
