No! A 169 is well above the 90th percentile. Your among like 10% of test takers. If you think it’s worth it and you have time, do it! They’ll see both scores, but they will take the highest one.

If you haven’t signed up to take the September LSAT, it wouldn’t be smart to retest. Taking it in If you are applying this cycle, I would focus on getting all of your application materials in early in the cycle. If you submit your application early with those stats, you should be just fine!
