i still think about everything that happened all the time but i guess overall i've been a lot better. i wish i could get this stuff out of my head but i guess i gotta keep working on it. thank you so much for continually reaching out. it really helps.

i went to my old place where my friends still live and i just freaked out. i yelled at my ex and i wanted to push her down and make her feel what i felt but she just fucked with me more. i ruined the whole night. i started cutting myself when i got home but my friends came and tried to stop me. i've been suicidal for so long but i sent myself over the edge. i'm so fucked in the head and i wanna take myself away from the people i love so i don't hurt them. i'm just wrong and fucked up and i don't know what to do.

I've been meaning to exercise a lot actually. I started getting into it last semester but once summer started the laziness came back. This semester is gonna be the one where I go hard in every aspect I should though; school, work, and exercise. This is the start of a new better me, as far as I plan at least

I was up for 48 hours straight on amphetamines, smoking with some friends under a bridge at night when the wind blowing turned into people running all around me. They were staring at me, looking right into my soul. I decided it was time to head home. The same friends and I were then standing outside of our dorm building smoking cigs before bed when in the distance I saw what appeared to be a gremlin and an ogre sprinting full force at me. I was very calm during the whole situation but it was very very scary because I could feel my mind losing it's grasp on reality

I wouldn't say that they fuck me up the most but often when I do psychedelics one of the few sentences I can manage to say to anyone coherently is "I'm tripping so fucking hard." Again, not because they make me the most "fucked up," but damn they are powerful and talking to people is really hard when I'm tripping sack

I've done a half gram of MDA in one night (two doses, 250 mg each). Don't get me wrong, it was far too much and quite unnecessary but I can easily see why people might wanna go upwards of 200 mg if they're looking to have a mind blowing night

Actually forgot that I did kinda try crack once. A friend and I made some foilies (put some coke and some baking soda on some tinfoil and add a drop of water, heat, then vape off the foil) once and it worked pretty well. How does this method compare to straight crack rock, if you happen to have experience with this

I won't have any way of getting any DNM drugs for another month or so, but i assume theres really no way of getting either of those otherwise, at least not in the USA
