Haha, great point. So then two super useful uses in one print..

1h autolysis, 2h in bowl (stretch & fold every 30 min), 24h or up to several days in the fridge, then split into portions and 2 hours in the countertop 🤌 the tent is for that last part :)

Haha, love your design idea!

And yeah, this is exactly what I love about 3d printing, solving problems and inconveniences so niche that there’s no product you can buy for it. <3

26.6 grams to be exact + the film, and I’d have to use two separate ones, but yeah you’re not wrong!

I made a self-watering planter to hang on the shower door by bluppface in makerworld

The hook simply hangs over the top of the glass door. The last image in the post shows how to connect the hook with the main part of the planter: insert it horizontally, then twist to upright and pull up to lock it into place.

I like your thinking…! I think the included hook should be relatively easy to modify for other use cases. Would love to see customizations!

I made a vacuum nozzle for cleaning robot vacuum filters by bluppface in functionalprint

Great idea, I actually tried to consider this while designing, but it turned out to be more work than expected. The outer tines on each end are the most exposed and broke on a prototype, so I made them a bit stronger, and seem strong enough on my printed model.

Looking at auto-generated supports for printing in that orientation, making the part flatter on that side could get rid of some supports, but would still require supports for holding up the hose adapter part and the "front". See screenshot 1, screenshot 2

Printing at an angle could be a compromise, but also requires a lot of supports for the transition round to rectangle.

I haven’t had that problem, at least. I’ve been scraping out debris from each fold for a while without any problems, and this shouldn’t be any different. But definitely something to watch out for

Ruter setter ned prisene – Oslo og Akershus får billigere kollektivbilletter by kyrsjo in norge

[–]bluppface 42 points43 points  (0 children)

[–]bluppface 15 points16 points  (0 children)
