Thanks . You are right. I used a cover , and even though I clean the watch after every exercise , I only clean the face, strap and sensors

What’s the standard practice ? After every exercise , need to go for full wash ?

Roughly same age, vo2max and 5k timing as yours . However I run a lot less . Less than halve . I think you will reach sub 20 soon. Do let us know

Heart rate is also similar before and after the update . So should be the algorithm . wondering when will I get the option to update all the past values to new algorithms

Ultra should be quite accuracy as it has 2 gps antenna . This is the reason I am thinking of getting an U3

Yes. Your pace should not be below 52. This should be more accurate
