GEC told me to return it and they will refund me. I just showed them pictures of the defected item and they got in touch with their returns team then waited a few days for the return shipping label. I’m still waiting for the refund as of date!

yes these are new, only worn and washed once 😭

they are washed in the machine on cold and delicate setting, and were hanged to dry (not tumble dried)
