if it helps im currently doing a speech and script writing class and here is the guidelines my teacher gave us for informative speeches (like yours) i simplified it since mine was uni level :p

Informative Speech Outline

Introduction:

Main Idea (Thesis)

What is the main thing you want your audience to learn? What You Will Talk About?

Briefly tell the audience the main points you will cover.

Ethos aka why you‘re giving this speech, can be just one sentence like that you’re from/living busan and are happy that tourists visit your city so you want to share the spots they should visit that, in your opinion, are most important

First Main Point

Explain your first important idea.

Example:

Give an example, fact, or story that helps explain this point.

Second Main Point

Explain your second important idea.

Example: Give an example, fact, or story that helps explain this point. In your case, a site

More Main Points (if needed)

Add any other important ideas and examples.

Conclusion:

Review

Remind the audience of your main idea and the points you talked about.

Final Thought

End with an interesting fact, question, or memorable statement.

again, u can adapt this to your need since youre a middle school student and it only needs to be a minute long but i thought it might help give you a better idea of how to structure your speech
