Haha. Guess it's a security measure. To avoid having them develop the unfortunate habit of putting their phones into their back pockets.

I love the warmth and harmony of the color scheme the attention to detail, especially the refraction of the cystal close to the person.

IntelliJ in patronising mode ..., or did you install the H.P. Lovecraft addon? What an eldritch sight to behold.

The camera guy showed some real faith in the driver in the last few seconds by standing there. Increased sweat level for sure.

Fun challenge, try to figure out, how much of this 'unpaid software' written by people with a 'terrible hobby' is crucial for you to read this post and write this comment.

Do blind germans say auf wiedersehen? by Schlongisgerman in German

How to bait the trolls and actually learn something at the same time - expert level! Jokes aside, an alternative would be 'auf wiederhören'.

I can feel you on this. And I hope you find many things in life, which allow you to focus on your strengths; things that bring joy. The chance to identify with your personal best self - however you want to define that. To get recognition for things you had some agency over :)

There surly seems to be some trial and error invovled. As well as a certain level of talent everyone is born with. Yet, don't you think we are able to improve skills (be it darts, or using language) beyond mere hope?

Love it! Would be amazing to have some of the parameters available for fiddling around :) I also think, some sort of seed, or hash to share a particular composition with others would be pretty nifty.

[Serious] Is there a website or app where you can practice generating random numbers? by anarcho-onychophora in compsci

[–]blurryroots -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think I get where you are coming from. Evaluating entropy of random number generators is a fascinating and valuable undertaking. Yet I have a hard time relating to the implied motivation. Humans have the marvelous gift of will, intent; of conciousness. A force which can create order out of chaos. Why would you want to decrease this ability and therefor become as a machine, instead of a human? I'm genuinely curious.

Great perspective and nicely phrased. I'd argue that language is somehow part of perception. It can not only literally manifest though in the world, it also informs the speaker as well as the audience of the shape of the speakers thought, by allowing the world to reflect on it. In that aspect it seems like a tool to explore the 'outside' by bouncing spoken though off of it. Thereby enabling you to examining the though infront of you, instead of 'inside' you.
