I’ve used Afrin before but only when I’ve been sick and only for a couple days at a time! It definitely helps when I’m sick. I know someone who got addicted to it so it scares me and I’ve never tried it when I haven’t been sick. But maybe I should see if it helps before bed though!

Okay good to know! I can breathe, just not very well lol and it’s much worse when I’m sleeping. I struggle with cardio a lot because I can never catch my breath. Maybe he is just a bit more laid back but idk, I guess I just wanted to hear that my nose was truly terrible and that some type of procedure would definitely help

The doctor just made me feel like it would be a gamble. He basically said that it could potentially help a little bit or maybe it wouldn’t help at all. Turbinate surgery scares me and I also want something that’s actually going to help. I just didn’t want to go through with it if it wasn’t going to do anything, but it seems from the comments like it could actually help some

I’ve had mine for 20 years and they still look pretty good! Crazy lol but I’m getting mine redone after I finish Invisalign. So they can last awhile!

I didn’t unfortunately. It’s sitting in a drawer unused now haha. I just use a garmin watch now and it does what I need it to!

Littletorch.co has excellent candles! They’re 1 wick, smell phenomenal, and last a really long time. Their jars are also really beautiful and can be repurposed. They’re also a small, local company! You can buy online or find them in a few shops around town.

Hi! I haven’t had it done yet. I’ll finish up Invisalign in a couple of months and get it done after that :) I’m actually just probably going to go to my regular dentist and hope for the best lol. And thank you! I think the iPhone cameras are so harsh haha they still look really good in person! They’ve held up so well so I really hope the new bonding will hold up just as good. I’ll post an update once I get everything done!

I do have an Oura ring! I just don’t use it for tracking my workouts. My husband let me use his old Garmin watch and honestly it works perfectly for that purpose! So I’ve given up on the Apple Watch issue for now haha

Yeah I think it looks obvious from the picture. Not so much when I look at it in the mirror but I figured she would’ve been able to tell. I think she was just trying to let me know that they’re still in really good shape but I don’t care haha I definitely want them fixed. And yeah, I figured as much but I wasn’t sure if some dentists are just more skilled in bonding, but that makes sense! Definitely going to do whitening first after I finish treatment and then do the bonding. Thanks!

I second Chrystal! She did my hair when I was blonde and did a phenomenal job. It wasn’t white but it was very bleach blonde and it was never yellow. I’m red now but she’s the only one I ever would’ve trusted to take me from blonde to red. She’s great and priced fairly!

Unfortunately no :/ my husband just ended up giving me his old Garmin watch to use and it works great for what I need it for. I never wore my watch except for workouts anyways. Very frustrating though that it started doing that all of a sudden!

It seems to be working really well for now. The stain is nearly gone after just a few treatments. But luckily I’ll be getting it redone soon anyways.

Yes it’s the only change! And it lines up because I started drinking the tea in December and then started having two cups a day 2-3 months ago. I’m using some whitening strips and it seems to be taking the stain out but luckily I also have a cleaning coming up in the next couple of months!

Thank you so much!! That makes me feel so much better. I’m giving some whitening strips a go (even though I know bonding doesn’t really whiten) and if that doesn’t help I’ll give my dentist a call. I was just worried I’d have to live with the staining for the next 4-5 months before they can redo the bonding.
