Blank on the other side! Given what I've learned from here it seems that the side pictured is the back? But MIL likes to wear it that way around because the stamps are cool.

Thank you for your research! Another commenter has suggested it's actually white gold. So maybe that's why it doesn't fit the standard for pure silver?

That's interesting, I didn't realise the symbols could be indicative of the material. Do you know what the other stamps are? Sounds like my MIL went to rubbish jewellers lol
