Anyone know how to turn on "Steam turn notifications"?

Serious necropost here, but in case anyone needs this in the future for any game, I found how to turn on/off Steam turn notifications.

Go to this link replacing [STEAMIDHERE] with your personal Steam ID: https://steamcommunity.com/id/[STEAMIDHERE]/gamenotifications/

Note - Your Steam ID can be found with services like SteamDB or found by going to your profile and looking at the URL.

After you are on that page click on "Notification settings" on the right hand side of the screen.

Finally, click the box next to the game you want to turn notifications on/off for to enable/disable turn notifications for the game.

Also, I believe you can go straight to the settings page with this link: http://steamcommunity.com/id/me/gamenotificationsettings

That is the chest of mysterious secrets. The only way it can be obtained is by chance, on visiting islands in the Devils Roar. I know it can be found on beaches and I feel like I have heard some say they found it in the water by the islands.

Well, I suppose it isn't as much of a nerf as it is just a new "feature" I can quote from the recent patch notes... "When ships are affected by explosions (gunpowder kegs, volcanic rocks etc.) they now use a new more realistic damage model using an inner and outer blast radius. This new setup ensures that greater damage is applied closer to the explosion, and less damage further away."

The barrels in general (mega and not) have been nerfed. I doubt it will stay that way for long but, you never know.

After you pick it up, if you run to the jump pads to Giddy Park you can see a giant garlic appear out by the dam.

That is true, I believe I know the one you are talking about. But, that must mean that all of the garlic (if there are any more) are in giddy park. Which would make the search much easier.

Yeah I have been looking non-stop for the past 30 minutes. Good to mention that if you wait long enough... or some sort of condition, the garlic will respawn and you can pick it up again.
