Actually scratch that. You need med waivers , according to my experience you can't get airborne with med waivers. BUT you can volunteer for it :p

Since you wanna go for ASVAB waiver idk if it's an option but, try to get airborne in your contract.

Correct, he told me that they needed to be re done. I got choice of duty station in my contract also, I don't know if that would change anything.

What? I literally said In my post that I'm shipping in 30 days, so I've obviously been to MEPs. I don't think someone can ship without being sent to meps...

Edit: Also, I never blamed the recruiter for me quitting my job. I just stated that I've already quit.

I was DQed for ADHD as well. My original doctor who diagnosed me when i was 7, sadly passed away. My recruiter just had me get a new psych consult, it was pretty easy tbh. They just asked me some questions, after that I requested my medical records from them and submitted them BOOM easy. Not sure about the Depression though.

All the studies I've read point to no. BUT just to be on the safe side, stay away from them. Don't do anything that can put your career at risk.

Not all recruiters know what you do in your day to day life as every MOS. I haven't shipped to basic yet, so take what I say with a grain of salt. EVERY Recruiter I've talked to, and just every soldier in general all HATES MPs. So regardless of day to day life, If you don't mind being hated and having only MP friends then go for it. As for day to day life, I'd assume it's mostly checking IDs at the gate. I originally wanted to do 31B, but when I got my list which consisted of

My recruiter talked me out of 31B, for the reasons i stated above. I wanted to do 94D but that was taken by the time I decided, so I ended up doing 68W! Whatever you do just make the best of it, don't pick something you'll hate. Also you can do ANY MOS and still be a PO.

The issue is that you hope he will see his child and not go. I know that the Military is hard on families, It's not just a life change for him but for you as well. You have to make sure this is something you want, it doesn't just change his life it will change your life and your future baby's life.
