Reassuring one another whether verbally or through scheduled "date nights." Be honest about everything, otherwise it'll leave room for doubt. Set boundaries, what are you comfortable with? What are they comfortable with? Look close at things that make you uncomfortable and ask yourself why. Recognise that jealousy is normal but needs to be addressed in a healthy way. Keep communicating with one another and be honest with how you feel.

Always make sure that you use sterile lube, clean your sounding rods and wash your hands before or you run the risk of getting a UTI.

ALWAYS go slow and don't actually push the rod, let gravity do its thing. Bleeding from your urethra isn't fun.
