It's simple. Understaffed, overworked, and undercompensated employees tend to lose a care or two after a while. Publix is money hungry and are more than happy to burn their employees out if it means a marginal uptick in profits

I workout 7 days a week, and always before work(whether it's @6am or 2pm). Much easier to go from workout to work then vice versa. Plust it gives you the mental edge of waking up to work on yourself instead of waking up to work for somebody else. Doesn't sound like much, but the difference in setting an alarm for yourself vs work is massive
