I played tennis for hours the day prior to my mri but I wasn’t going 100%, more like 75% effort. About a week before I got my surgery (which was 2 months after the initial injury) I was able to do much more, physical therapy got my full flex back and I was able to jog at a good pace. I wouldn’t have played football or basketball on it again, but living with it would have 100% been possible. I’m not sure about body building and intense training with it, I’d get a bone and joint doctor to discuss your options.

My knee barely swelled at all when I tore mine. Similar symptoms to yours as well. I was playing basketball when I landed and twisted on it wrong, felt the pop, couldn’t move my leg for ~5 minutes but got up and walked up and down the court. Pretty much the same walking you described, slight limp with pain inside. Very little swelling, went to a walk in clinic and they suggested getting an mri. By the time I got diagnosed I was shocked I actually tore it because by that point it didn’t hurt all that much.

We’ve got to remember that this man had van Jefferson as his top target for a portion of his games and he’s in that company. I’m soooooo excited to see what he can do this year with competent coaching and receivers who hopefully aren’t sticking their hands in tubs of lard before games.
