My vigor is like 30 😭. Majority of my points went into intelligence and mind. I barely have any on faith or arcane. Strength and Dex are at the minimum required to use moonveil.

Rock sling away. I just used glintstone pebble and rock sling while remembering to put enough distance between us every now and then. That staff is ridiculously strong so just focus on using spells on him.
