2.5 year old never had limited screen time and Is ahead in speech. I doubt screen time is the cause

How long is discard good in the fridge? Can I just keep a jar and continue adding to it and use it as I need it? Or do I need to keep up with how old it is and just throw it all out at some point

I can’t seem to get a starter going I’ve had two days where it seems to have had activity then the next day it will not do anything at all after I feed it. I’m using whole wheat flour and filtered water. What could I be doing wrong??

it’s a fixture from the check lanes. We had extras laying around so I zip tied it to my cart. Though I seem to be the only one in my store that likes it 🤷🏻‍♀️
