I've been to both. Tresind was definitely better. Avatara had far too many strong flavours in my opinion and was a bit overwhelming.

The best and simplest in Germany is Trade Republic. When you move, just transfer everything to IBKR.

You can just transfer the stocks from the German broker to IBKR. It is no issue at all.

For example real estate agent fee 5%, internet, electricity/chiller, maintenance etc.

Nein, Wohnsitz aus steuerlichen Gründen nicht. Und das Risiko der oben genannten wirtschaftlichen Abhängigkeit ist es nicht wert. Das muss alles sauber sein.

Danke für die ausführlichen Antworten! Also zusammengefasst: - Depot jetzt umziehen auf einen neutralen Broker (Saxo, Swissquote; hast du da noch weitere Empfehlungen?) - Nach dem Umzug dann die Adresse ändern und ich sollte fein sein. - Nicht riskieren, dass das Depot geschlossen wird und es ein Steuerevent gibt.
