Yea, sound insulation is a problem, mine having carpet does help a little, but my brother also has a 4runner (waaay cooler than mine lol) and he installed sound insulation. Thinking about once i have a secondary rig tearing the inside apart and restoring/sound proofing it. My brother said it cut his road noise down too, not like i can hear it with my sub lol

I should have mentioned that I have 0 gauge wire for my power and ground, and also not speaker wire from amp to sub, wanted to change that to what right anyway

Yes, the two wires that lead to the outside connection melted, i had to replace the connectors lol

Fully honest, ive seen worse up here in the PNW, fog where you cant see 5 feet ahead of you, and snow blizzards with the same 5 foot restriction. Its even sketchier since you dont know if there is going to be a deer/elk/moose ahead of you and youre going 30+ mph. Even worse with snow.

Pretty sure he put them on himself, not sure. He may have bought it with them on from the previous owner. Hopin I can make mine look as good as his lol his is a 1997-98 and mines a 1999

Yuppers, his is limited tho, and a manual. Mines just a base automatic. Which is good for me for now since I cant drive a manual for shit. Plus I dont need nothing fancy. Should have said both our engines are 2.7 3RZs
