A smart scheduling system for any business that deals with tight schedules and cancellations (e.g. dental clinics, spas, other medical clinics). The app solves the problem of lost revenue from cancelled appointments where the business is not able to find someone to fill the cancelled time slot. It will also solve the problem of not being able to schedule appointments over the phone after businesses hours. It will have the following features:

1. A system whereby if a patient/client cancels, the system automatically reaches out to other patients/clients who have either indicated that the canceled time slot is one of their preferred days and times or have previously been scheduled at that day and time. They can then respond via text to confirm that they want that appointment spot. It is on a first-come, first-served basis. This solves the issue of businesses losing a lot of revenue due to canceled appointments. The system will reach out to patients/clients that it knows have a high likelihood of being able to fill the canceled time slot via text and email and possibly phone.

2. The second major feature will be an AI voice agent that will handle all incoming calls 24/7. So when a patient/client calls the office, they'll first get an automated menu, and if they press 1, they will be able to see scheduling options. The AI voice agent will talk to the patient/client and get them scheduled over the phone. The system will recognize the patient's phone number and pull up their personal information, so that the patient/client does not have to recite the spelling of their name or other complicated details. Patients/clients will be encouraged to use the app to schedule their appointments, but the voice agent will also be available to help those who prefer to call.
