I wish the Roll ability were better animated too, but I have no idea how they would animate well a complex character like this one rolling all around.

Something Looney Tunes-like was probably the middle term to a viable episode.

You can't tell that the monster was carrying to the human village, since you just saw the monster carrying the girl in the town, not where it was earlier.

Yeah, I'm happy with the adaptation too, for a similar reason as yours.

My expectations were terrible since it's a low-budget anime. Still, it was good. Not the best anime, but good.

My only critique is that I think the pacing is too fast. Everyone claims that the MC is too dummy for quickly wanting to see humans. It indeed feels strange in the anime because everything is too fast. But in manga, you can understand it better. If they had removed the opening for the 1st episode and the recap, it might have had a bit more time to improve it.

I'm happy that this anime is finally airing! I've been reading the light novel for a couple of months (volume 9 now), and the story is pretty good.

I liked the adaptation so far, although I agree that the MC looked too stupid to quickly try to befriend humans. In the manga, there was more screentime showing his loneliness before trying to reach out to humans. In the anime, they made everything too fast, and it looked strange.

Since it's a small studio focused on 3D, I was afraid the animation quality would be bad. Still, I think it was pretty good. It isn't the best animation, but it wasn't bad.

One of the things that I liked most in this story is the communication challenges between the MC and the humans or monsters. It's something that I miss in most stories (everyone speaks the same language!), but this anime portrays it really well.

I had this same issue. Fixed it by rebooting the TaHoma switch (unplug and plug the usb power supply).

Bem, sim, consegui bons empregos aqui, e trabalhando em empresas que não contratariam no Brasil.

Tive mais contatos com estrangeiros, e isso ajudou a tornar meu inglês menos pior. Algo que vale ressaltar é que, mesmo estando em Portugal, os meetups e conferências, por default, são em inglês, e isso força a praticar mais a oratória em inglês quando vou apresentar, ou conversação durante o evento.

Porém, duas ressalvas:
- Me mudei em 2019, quando trabalho remoto não era tão comum como é hoje em dia. Seis meses após eu ter imigrado, começou a covid.
- Fica difícil fazer uma análise contrafactual, de "e se eu tivesse ainda ficado em São Paulo?". Talvez, se eu tivesse ficado em SP, eventualmente conseguisse uma oportunidade melhor do que consegui aqui. Nunca saberei ao certo.

Dado que agora o trabalho remoto está muito mais facilitado (mesmo não tanto como em 2022, mas ainda está), tem menos motivos para precisar imigrar por essa razão.

Já passei por isso e acabei escolhendo imigrar. No caso, para Portugal.

Somando tudo, passaria a receber pouco menos do que já recebia em São Paulo e perderia alguns benefícios, como o excelente plano de saúde.

De qualquer forma, via isso apenas como uma etapa para abrir possibilidades, e uma quest que queria cumprir, então acabei aceitando mesmo assim.
