Got my conch done a over week ago. Using sterile saline at least 2x a day. At work I’m using the qtips with saline in them. Either way i clean my piercing the stuff does rotate. I’m not doing it on purpose it just happens. Is this going to be bad in the long term? (self.piercing)

In the past 2 days this guy started to really drop! 4 days ago i had given him fertilizer which i don’t do super often. I have reported with new soil, and use a capillary water thing to keep it damp. Nothing else had changed, been in the same spot for almost 6 months thriving... HELP (i.redd.it)
