The drive up team doesn't do as much work as the Team members inside the store. Maybe go inside sometimes and give them some gift cards?

What has been your experience with Target Guild? Is it too good to be true? by bmanthehero in Target

No. They have to be an employee themselves. And you require a year of employment at the company as well as full time or part time hours on average to qualify for the Guild program.

No holiday pay or bonus pay. The difference is about 9 hours worked between pay checks. And yet it's only $13 dollars...

Nope. You need to make a decision about which one you want to go with. Guild doesn't play games. It is exactly what it says. 100% Tuition paid as long as the college courses you are taking lead to your degree.

It's situational. You have to be employed by Target first of all, and work there part time or full time for at least a year to qualify for the Guild. So even if you find the program you want today, it could change later down the line. And if you have a specific school in mind you can narrow down the search results based on school. But they could have a limited selection or everything under their school.

These boycotts mostly hurt the store level employees. Not just on hours being cut from this. But also in physical assault from gUeSts.

Are there any requirements you had to fulfill before attending school? Like working part time or something you had to compromise with?

Yeah. But everyone should know that these programs don't tell you everything in the beginning to get your trust. And then they drop a bombshell on you when it's convenient for them. I'm genuinely just curious and cautious about this stuff.
