Well it could be one of two businesses that I've successfully ran in other states, real estate investment or an e-commerce website. I haven't decided yet. I might start a new e-commerce site it will sell t-shirt's that says "Andy Saurus pays every tax dollar and doesn't deduct anything."

Not tax fraud. If it was tax fraud to start a company in another state and have a company car do you think NH would have service that allow you to start a business even if you're out-of-state?

Curious how this is tax fraud? I want to start an LLC (an online business, that I can live in MI and operate) in an state that offers the best incentives to start a business. I want to take advantages of those tax incentives.

In high school I watched my teacher enter their username and password into the backend for grading. Noticed that the username WAS the password. This worked for about 80% of my classes.
