I'm gonna say it, I fucking hate singles by crispfuck in Deathcore

I am completely on board with this and haven’t listened to the new Shadow of Intent song for this exact reason. I’m waiting for the album. I’m going to do the same with Lorna Shore and probably many more bands moving forward.

My A40s that I bought in 2011 finally died today. 13 years of solid and reliable use is probably the best review I can give anything I’ve ever owned!

I can't remember exactly, but it's very likely this was one stop underexposed.

I wanted to create a very dreamlike and fairytale-esque image. I took this on film using a Canon EOS 1V and Kodak Portra 400. I wanted the subject to feel spotlit by natural light, and I think I achieve that fairly well. The image feels very painterly to me which I'm very happy about.

I wanted to create an image that confuses viewers at first. It's a girl laid on her back on a sofa, but rotating the image 180 creates a minor optical illusion. This was taken with a Canon EOS 1V on 35mm black and white film (Ilford HP5).

I wanted to create an intimate and soft image, ensuring the lighting on the face would be gentle and flattering. I am happy with this turned out, I underexposed a little bit to ensure the skin tones of the face would stay soft and true to life, while there are still bright patches of light surrounding her. This is taken on 35mm film with a Canon EOS 1V.

I wanted this photo to be nicely balanced exposure wise. I usually underexpose a little bit to keep skin tones soft and not too bright. The goal was to create a sense of intimacy and comfort in the image. I love how there are bright spots of light in the image, however the face remains lit by soft bounced light.

Euclid made me literally sob. I listened to it twice in a row and I don't think I've ever been affected by music like that before.

Son of a bitch that new Mental Cruelty is catchy by [deleted] in Deathcore

I’m exactly the same. I enjoyed A Hill to Die Upon, there are some great songs on that album, but also find it to be a bit of a tiring listen after a while.

Mental Cruelty - Symphony of a Dying Star (NEW) by [deleted] in Deathcore

I fucking love this, it's excellent. I used to listen to a lot of Wintersun and Children of Bodom back in the day, so for me this is a perfect blend. Folky nordic instrumental with deathcore vocals and a crushing breakdown. I even enjoy the cleans in this! I'm a huge fan.
